Our tripes à la mode de Caen (Normandy-style tripe) simmer for 15 hours and won the Grand Prix de la Tripière d'Or. Onion soup, andouillette sausage, beef cheek, snails and egg mayonnaise for €3.90, plus burgers, bavette steak, fish, a vegetarian dish and the Chef's daily specials!
